About us

The members of the Psychology Section teach psychology-focused disciplines across all study programs and fields at the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences.

Activities

Their priority is teaching and research. The members teach general, developmental, social, and health-related psychology and psychotherapy. They focus on addictions and crisis intervention. The teachers emphasise effective communication in interpersonal relationships. They participate in interdisciplinary cooperation with other institutes and the development of further and lifelong education.

Regarding education, the section's main goal is to prepare qualified experts because knowledge of psychology is essential to their professional profile.

In accordance with current trends in psychology, we focus on expanding the students' and teachers' knowledge, skill potential, and creative activities.
