International Advisory Board of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice
The International Advisory Board of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice (hereinafter referred to as the International Advisory Board) is an independent advisory and evaluation body of the Dean of the Faculty.
Members of the International Advisory Board are appointed by the Dean of the Faculty for a five-year term. The Board consists of at least five members who are recognized international experts in the fields of science, research, and innovation.
The International Advisory Board addresses strategic issues concerning the development of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences. It evaluates the Faculty’s academic and professional standards within its areas of activity, assesses the quality of its scientific direction and strategy, as well as the quality of its outputs from an international perspective, and provides recommendations and suggestions aimed at enhancing the quality of the Faculty’s activities.
When necessary, the Board reviews and comments on the Faculty’s Long-Term Development Plan, including the Strategic Plan for Educational and Creative Activities and the Implementation Plan of the Strategic Strategy, and may recommend these documents for approval to the Dean.
The members of the International Advisory Board were appointed by the Dean of the Faculty on 1 April 2022.
