Who is who 

  • Jana Ředinová – As the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator, Jana Ředinová provides students and academic staff with information about available international mobility opportunities. She organises selection procedures for study stays and traineeships abroad administered by the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences and helps with the preparation and administration of Learning Agreements and Learning Agreements for Traineeships. She connects incoming students and guest lecturers with the faculty community, provides necessary documents and final paperwork, and assists both outgoing and incoming students and staff with all practical steps related to their mobilities. 

  • Ilona Paulátová – works as the Welcome Officer and is the main contact for all incoming students and staff. She handles the administration of inbound mobility, provides assistance with visa and residence matters, helps arrange accommodation, and supports newcomers with integration into life in the Czech Republic.  She also organises the Orientation Week, which helps international students settle in, get to know the university and the city, and meet new friends. Whenever any questions or issues arise, Ilona is here to help and guide incoming students through a smooth start to their stay. 

  • Buddy – Your First Czech Friend. A Buddy is a local student volunteer who helps international students feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Buddies can pick up newcomers when they arrive, help them find their way around the city and campus, and offer support during the first days and weeks in Czechia. Thanks to a Buddy, every new student has a friendly local contact – ready to answer questions, share tips and make the first steps abroad easier and more fun. Go ahead and apply for buddy HERE.
