Guidelines for Authors

  • The abstract must be submitted electronically by the specified deadline, no later than 30 May 2026, to the following email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (Ing. Eva Ježková).
  • The structured abstract will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be published before the start of the conference and made available to all participants.
  • Selected full papers from the conference will be published in a printed volume in 2027.

Abstract Structure:

  • Text editor: MS WORD
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt, single line spacing First line: Title of the presentation
  • Second line: leave blank
  • Third line: full name(s) and surname(s) of the author(s), including academic titles
  • Fourth line: institutional affiliation
  • Fifth line: leave blank
  • Sixth line: main text of the structured abstract
  • Structure of the abstract: Introduction – Aim – Methodology – Main text – Conclusion
  • Length of the abstract: 1,200–2,000 characters (including spaces)
  • After the text, leave one blank line Keywords (maximum 5)

Additional Information:

  • Forms of presentation: Oral presentation (20 minutes including discussion)
  • Official conference languages: Czech, Slovak, English
