Staff Training Mobility – How It Works
We are glad to welcome international staff for Erasmus+ training stays. Training mobilities can be arranged for staff from any institution, but please note that staff from our partner universities have priority if there is limited capacity.
Unlike teaching stays, training visits do not need to take place during the teaching period – the key is that the training plan and timing match the needs and availability of both sides.
How to Arrange a Training Stay – Step by Step
- Nomination
Please send a short introduction by e-mail to the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator and include:- A short up-to-date CV,
- A draft Mobility Agreement or a clear description of the training plan (purpose, goals, expectations),
- A suggestion of at least two possible dates for the visit.
- Matching & Approval
The Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator will connect you with the relevant department or office to discuss the plan and feasibility. The director of the unit must approve the visit and appoint a contact person to coordinate the details. All instructions will be provided by the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator and by appointed contact person.
- Mobility Agreement Confirmation
The final Mobility Agreement will be confirmed and signed with the help of the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator.
- Training Plan
A detailed training plan or daily schedule will be agreed and sent to you by your contact person.
- Training
During the stay, we encourage you to network, share your experience and make the most of your time with us.
- Before Departure
Before leaving, please plan a short feedback meeting with the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator. All final confirmations and paperwork will be all set at this meeting.
We look forward to working and learning together!
